Shipping times

Orders are shipped by Art15 Custom from our Workshop. The average production and shipping time for each product is indicated on its sheet. If you order multiple items, the order will be shipped in a minimum of packages. The average shipping time will therefore be the longest time to complete the product. In the specific case of made-to-order products, the average shipping time is specified on the article page as well as in your basket.

 

Delivery types

Art15 Custom delivers your orders in France and around the world. Delivery in mainland France is provided by the Colissimo service of La Poste. A reliable and fast service (48 hours) that will deliver your orders to your home or workplace, and for more convenience, drop them off at the nearest post office if you are away. Delivery in Europe and outside the European Union is provided by Colissimo International or Delivengo (Laposte). Delivery will be made in 4 to 12 working days, depending on the country. If you are absent at the time of delivery, the carrier will come back again the next day. If you are absent again, the package will be re-shipped to our premises and delivery charges will be claimed again for re-shipment. To receive your order as soon as possible, we recommend that you have your orders delivered to an address where you are present during the day (your workplace for example), or to make sure that someone can receive the package for you (your concierge for example).

 

Returns & exchanges

Is an item broken? No problem, you can contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, we will do our best to replace the part if possible. We do not refund any items as they are custom made creations on demand.
