If you order multiple items, the order will be shipped in a minimum of packages. The average shipping time will therefore be the longest time to complete the product. In the specific case of made-to-order products, the average shipping time is specified on the article page as well as in your basket. Delivery types Art15 Custom delivers your orders in France and around the world. Delivery in mainland France is provided by the Colissimo service of La Poste. A reliable and fast service (48 hours) that will deliver your orders to your home or workplace, and for more convenience, drop them off at the nearest post office if you are away. Retract the blade: Press the button or turn the handle from left to right quickly. Power off the saber: Hold the button for 4 seconds. Hibernate Saber: Hold button for 8 seconds. ​ ​ Light & sound effects (the saber must be on) ​ Blade Color Change: When the blade is down, hold the button and twist the handle to change the blade color. Change ignition effect: press and hold the button for 2 seconds. Switch blade effects: Hold the button for 3 seconds. Change sound effect: Hold the button for 4 seconds. Blaster Fire Return: Single tap the button. Between clash of sabers: Press the button for 2 seconds Shooting with the saber: The saber is horizontal, strike forwards. Pull: With the saber vertical, hold down the button then push the saber. Switch sound mode: When the blade is up, hold down the button, then swing the sword. Adjust volume: Hold the button for 1 second. ​ The saber automatically lights up when you hit it on another surface. The saber goes into power saving mode if not used for 20 minutes. Once the order is processed, the delivery time is 7 to 12 days. Due to high demand, delivery times may be a little longer exceptionally. We ship worldwide. A tracking number will be available on your account once the order has been shipped. Neopixel Lightsabers are assembled to order and require additional prep time, unlike baselit (Rgb) versions. A slight additional processing time is sometimes necessary. ​ ​ Order change: ​ Order modification is only possible within 24 hours of it, since each order is specific and tailor-made, once production has started, we will not be able to modify it. Shipping Policy Shipping times Orders are shipped by Art15 Custom from our Workshop. The average production and shipping time for each product is indicated on its sheet. If you order multiple items, the order will be shipped in a minimum of packages. The average shipping time will therefore be the longest time to complete the product. In the specific case of made-to-order products, the average shipping time is specified on the article page as well as in your basket. Delivery types Art15 Custom delivers your orders in France and around the world. Delivery in mainland France is provided by the Colissimo service of La Poste. A reliable and fast service (48 hours) that will deliver your orders to your home or workplace, and for more convenience, drop them off at the nearest post office if you are away. Delivery in Europe and outside the European Union is provided by Colissimo International or Delivengo (Laposte). Delivery will be made in 4 to 12 working days, depending on the country. If you are absent at the time of delivery, the carrier will come back again the next day. If you are absent again, the package will be re-shipped to our premises and delivery charges will be claimed again for re-shipment. To receive your order as soon as possible, we recommend that you have your orders delivered to an address where you are present during the day (your workplace for example), or to make sure that someone can receive the package for you (your concierge for example).
